Business Development Executive for Romania

If you have a curious mind, an affinity for sales, and deep experience in real estate combined with a keen interest in technology and software, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our CEE team in either Bucharest or Warsaw as Business Development Executive for Romania.  

Your tasks:

• Build relationships, maintain existing ones, and develop new sales opportunities across Romania  

• Lead and own an end-to-end sales process from product demonstrations to contract negotiations

• Build on our track record of working with clients such as Prologis, Logicor, AmRest, LPP, NEPI Rockcastle, Globalworth, GTC, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, and many others.  

• Conduct research and gather relevant information about clients, market trends, and industry insights;

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Product Development, Marketing, and other regional sales leaders to deliver on projects, and develop international opportunities.  

• Join us at customer meetings and industry events.

• Keep an overview of several projects at a time, monitor their progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Your profile:

• 5-10 years of experience in Real Estate, preferably in Facility, Property, or Asset Management related function at a large agency  

• Interest in Real Estate Digitalization, Software, and Technology

• Experience in software, technology, or PropTech is a benefit  

• Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.  

• Fluent in Romanian and English. Polish is an advantage.

• Digital native, fluent with MS Office, CRM, and other systems.

• Bachelor's degree or comparable education.
